We Do Not Host Content

We do not host or index videos. Files are created on request and deleted automatically within 30 minutes. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and will act on valid reports.

Filing a Notice

To report infringement, email contact@ytmp3audio.com with: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the URL or video link involved; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or blocked by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the material in question and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

Repeat Infringers

We may block access for users or sources that repeatedly infringe copyrights.
